I will highly recommend Articon for Building and Pest Inspections. Jamal is an excellent inspector and has completed 3 inspections for me in Brisbane, where I ended up buying two of the properties from Melbourne fully relying upon his judgement. On one occasion, the seller ended up rectifying $15k worth of structural defects highlighted by Jamal where I completed the purchase. On another occasion, he highlighted several defects including under the ensuite tiles, causing moisture and mould behind the bedroom walls, which could not be easily picked up visually. I ended up pulling out of that contract based on his report. He is very articulate with his findings and explains the impact in very easy to understand manner so you can make an informed decision.
